The Women 4 Africa Awards had a successful launch this year and went straight into preparing for next year’s celebrations. It is very easy to identify people and organisations passionate about inspiring and empowering; you can see it in their growth and the creative efforts used to promote their initiatives while getting as many people involved as possible. It has not even been a year yet and so much has happened!

The words of the first woman AND the first African to head the ICC's team of prosecutors at her solemn undertaking at the Hague.
