Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: The Moral Of The Story Is...

From K. Michelle’s one liners to Stevie J’s love triangle, the drama leaves me transfixed.  Stevie J’s character is a very familiar one! Perhaps a shockingly extreme version but familiar still. I used to know one!  Wondering who he is and why he is a celebrity? Before the reality TV notoriety he was a Grammy award winning producer with Sean Combs Bad Boy record label. His hits include; 112’s Only You, Mariah Carey’s Honey and Puffy’s BIG Tribute; I’ll Be Missing You, among a host of others.L

Herstory: Happy Birthday Maria Montessori!

I don’t know if anyone else does but I keep a very close eye on Google doodles as they often send me on a quest for knowledge. Today was no different. Maria Montessori is a woman who rocked! We share herstory.  If you are passionate about or seriously involved in education, you MUST know about her and her methods.

World Humanitarian Day! Beyonce Debuts I Was Here...

Today is World Humanitarian Day!

Beyonce debuts her video for I Was Here which has always been one of my favourites from her last album.

The aim of the video is to inspire us to leave this world with no regrets; live and love, DO something. One message; Leave a mark! Give back!

Moving On...

It’s been a while....

I’ve done Birmingham – Heathrow – Freetown – Bo – Freetown – Heathrow – Birmingham, since we published The Valentines Issue, which was meant to be an intro to the next issue.

During that time so much has happened to show me that it’s time to move on. There is a lot more to Royaume than FREE digital magazine publications.

Would Anyone Miss You?

I have just watched this on Netflix... it is without a doubt the saddest thing I've ever seen. I share Screen Daily's sentiments; "hauntingly unforgettable". I found myself struggling to believe that this could happen in real life as it seemed like the perfect fictional tale.

Three Things Trayvon Taught Me

I previously jumped on the bandwagon and posted for everyone to sign the Trayvon Martin petition. I hope you have. Since then I have been following the story closely through various sources. Needless to say a lot of the information online has been conflicting and a lot of people have stuck with believing whatever fuels their biased point of view.

Justice For Trayvon Martins

It is very hard to connect with a story from across the pond when you are already consumed with local news. Here in the UK we are burying the NHS and being constantly CONDEMed by our coalition government (pun intended) while despots and crooks continue to ravage parts of Africa.
